Accurate's Administrative Professional

In light of the fact that this is Administrative Professionals Week this week’s blog will outline my particular role in the workings of Accurate Communications. My name is Courtney and the most basic function of my job involves answering and appropriately routing from 200 to 300 calls per week that come into our business line. The nature and severity of these calls can range from a potential new client looking to set up services for the next day to physicians frantically trying to change their schedule before the weekend. Every day I run a traffic report analyzing our call volume from the day before. In addition to this daily report I also run numerous weekly reports for 7 different clients as well as 3 very extensive monthly reports. I also manage 4 logs that track and calculate our accuracy as a company and compile them into a comprehensive spreadsheet for review each week. By the middle of the week I am usually filing a mountain of paperwork away for our records and updating our customer database. When Friday rolls around things have usually slowed down just enough for me to catch up on some of the less critical tasks such as writing the Accurate blog. I find time to do all of this in-between distributing the mail and faxes, keeping track of the Admin staff, coordinating conferences, handling applicants and new hires, and screening solicitors. All of these tasks are (in some way or another) done to help ensure a quality product for our customers, but of course this is not just my prerogative, it’s the Accurate’s.
