Accurate Communications was originally owned by Rubie Czerwinski who started the business in 1966. The main office was located on Harney Street in downtown Omaha. The system used for taking messages was the Amtelco EVE system before we switched to our current Infinity system, which allows for features such as on call scheduling, caller ID, and statistical reports. Currently Accurate Communications represents over 1,500 businesses across the United States. We are the region's largest call center which offers telephone messaging and inbound order entry for small to medium- sized clients.
Today Accurate Communications is a one call environment allowing us to focus all of our attention on each business’s phone call. We have been a first responder call center since 1970 enabling us to provide immediate assistance to companies such as suicide hotlines and our Crying Baby Help line to assist in the prevention of shaken baby syndrome.
We are still located on Harney Street just a few blocks from our previous location. We now have over 70 employees currently at our main call center and as remote agents in Atlanta Georgia, Omaha and Lincoln Nebraska. Our average employee tenure is 9 years while our most experienced agents have been with the company for the better part of 40 years.
